CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured a decrease in surface runoff Kalinga, Mountain province and Ifugao. This is consistent with below normal rainfall received in these provinces. Vegetation HeaIth Index suggest that healthy vegetation in western, central and northern Luzon, Masbate and Mindoro Oriental. While in CAR, Cagayan, Isabela, Palawan, Mindoro Occidental most of Visayas and most Mindanao VHI suggest a lower index of vegetation health in the said areas for the month of October.
