CPC-Unified SPI model showed normal to wetter than normal conditions persist in the country. This wetter than normal conditions had been observed in the provinces of Apayao, Tarlac, Cotabato, South Cotabato, Zamboanga de Sur and Lanao de Norte. CMORPH SPI model showed wetter than normal conditions in Northern Luzon, Cordillera Region, Southwestern Mindanao, Davao Region, Roxas and Zamboanga del Sur provinces. While most of Central and Southern Luzon, and most of Visayas provinces experienced drier than normal conditions. Furthermore, the rest of Mindanao experience normal conditions. CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured an increase of soil moisture in Cordillera Region, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija and most parts of Bukidnon and Cotabato provinces. Vegetation Health Index (VHI) suggested healthy vegetation in most parts of Luzon, Visayas and western Mindanao, while Mindoro, Palawan most parts of Mindanao provinces showed affected crops due to surpassed of rainfall in this areas. This is consistent with above normal rainfall in this areas during this month.
