CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase in surface runoff in CAR, Isabela, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija provinces. This is consistent with above normal rainfall received in these provinces. While decrease in runoff was observed in Agusan del Sur. Furthermore, normal surface runoff percentage was experienced for the rest of the country during this month. Vegetation HeaIth Index suggest healthy vegetation in western Luzon, central Visayas and Zamboanga peninsula.
