CPC-Unified SPI model showed wetter than normal conditions in CAR region, Isabela, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija while normal conditions persist in most parts of the Philippines. Wetter condition in northern Luzon was consistent with near normal rainfall experience in this areas. CCMORPH SPI model showed wetter than normal conditions in CAR region, parts of Isabela, Cagayan and Pangasinan while drier than normal in Mindoro provinces, Eastern Visayas and Eastern and Southern Mindanao. The model captured most of the wetter and drier than normal conditions but did not captured drier conditions in southern Luzon and western Visayas and Mindanao.
