Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair and warm weather conditions with isolated thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon or evening.

December 29 – 30
  • Easterlies will prevail across the country, bringing generally fair and warm weather conditions. Occurrence of isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening may be expected.

December 31 – January 1
  • The surge of the NE Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over extreme Northern Luzon. The TECF will develop again and bring cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate rains over Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have fair and cooler weather especially in the morning. The rest of the country will be sunny and warm apart from isolated rainshowers.
