CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured a noticeable increase in soil moisture percentage in Ilocos Norte, Abra, southern part of Isabela and Pangasinan, Aurora, Quirino, Zambales and Tarlac while a decrease of soil moisture percentage was observed over the rest of the country. CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured a noticeable increase in runoff percentage in Ilocos Norte, Abra, southern part of Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Zamboanga Peninsula, Lanao provinces and Davao Region were a decrease of runoff percentage where observed.
