CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured a noticeable increase in soil moisture percentage in Ilocos Norte, Abra, Zambales, Tarlac, Lanao Provinces, most of Davao Region and Zamboanga Peninsula while a decrease of soil moisture percentage was observed over the rest of the country.
