THE NORTHEAST MONSOON WILL BRING CLOUDY SKIES WITH LIGHT RAINS OVER CAGAYAN VALLEY AND AURORA WHILE METRO MANILA AND THE REST OF LUZON AND VISAYAS WILL EXPECT GENERALLY FAIR WEATHER CONDITIONS APART FROM ISOLATED LIGHT RAINS. THROUGHOUT THE OUTLOOK PERIOD (14 - 21 JANUARY), NO TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED. FURTHER, MODERATE TO ROUGH SEA CONDITION IS EXPECTED OVER THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF LUZON DUE TO THE EXPECTED SURGE OF THE NORTHEAST MONSOON. FISHERFOLK AND THOSE WHO HAVE SMALL SEACRAFTS ARE ADVISED NOT TO VENTURE OUT ON THE SAID SEABOARD. THIS OUTLOOK WILL BE UPDATED IF SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN THE WEATHER SCENARIO OCCUR.
