The above conditions are being experienced in #Siquijor(SanJuan, Lazi, Siquijor), #Cebu(Poro, Tudela, Pilar, Sogod), #OccidentalMindoro(SanJose, Magsaysay, Mamburao, AbraDeIlog), #Palawan(Culion, ElNido, PuertoPrincesaCity, Cuyo, Magsaysay and Agutaya) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
