LABOR DAY SPECIAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The development of low pressure system embedded along of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be the dominant weather system to affect the southern part of the country on Labor Day.

Mindanao will be mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have warm and humid weather condition apart from afternoon or evening rainshowers and thunderstorms.
