SPECIAL WEATHER OUTLOOK ON EDSA PEOPLE'S POWER REVOLUTION CELEBRATION
(25 February 2021)

The easterlies will be the prevailing weather system to affect most parts of the country in the next three (3) days.

Metro Manila will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with passing light rains. The forecast range of temperature 22 to 32 degrees Celsius with light to moderate winds coming from the east and southeast and Manila Bay will be slight to moderate.

Northern Luzon will be mostly cloudy skies with light rains, while the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy skies apart from isolated passing light rains.

No tropical cyclone formation is expected within the Philippine Area of Responsibility during the outlook period.

PAGASA will continue to monitor and inform the public of any significant weather changes that occur.
