SPECIAL WEATHER OUTLOOK ON THE OBSERVANCE OF SEMANA SANTA
(28 March - 03 April 2021)
The development and approach of low pressure system and the high pressure area are the dominant weather systems to affect most parts of the country during the observance of Semana Santa (Holy Week).
Metro Manila will be partly cloudy skies with isolated afternoon rainshowers. Forecast range of temperature 24 - 34 degrees Celsius. Light to moderate winds coming from the east and southeast will prevail, Manila Bay will be slight to moderate.
Mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Mindanao beginning Sunday until Friday (28 Mar - 02 Apr) due to the approach of the low pressure system. This weather system is expected to remain as low until it crosses the island by Thursday or Friday (01-02 Apr).
Luzon will be partly cloudy skies with isolated afternoon rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Warmer temperature ahead over Luzon and everyone is advised to reduce their outdoor activities or prolonged exposure to sunlight which may cause to extreme danger.
