(30 October 2023)
The dominant weather systems to affect the country during the conduct of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election will be the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), the Shear Line, and a possible occurrence of Low Pressure Area (LPA). Visayas, Bicol Region, Caraga, and Quezon will be generally cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the combined effects of Shear Line and LPA.
