Attach clear digitized/scanned copies of the following:

1. Application Letter indicating all position title/s and item number/s of vacancies applied for;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017 ) (Guide in Filling Up the Personal Data Sheet);
3. Work Experience Sheet (WES) (for applicants with relevant employment history);
4. Latest Performance Rating (IPCR Form) in the current position (if applicable);
5. Certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
6. Transcript of Records (TOR);
7. Diploma and/or Certificate of Graduation for newly graduates;
8. Certificate of relevant training and seminars
9. Certificates of awards / recognition received

Selection of Candidates is based on merit and fitness, hence, endorsements from institutions / organizations, officers / individuals are NOT necessary.

The Human Resources Management and Development Section (HRMDS) shall only consider applications with complete documents and are submitted within the indicated time frame. Due to the large volume of applications received, only the proposed candidate will be notified by email.

In view of our limited storage, please refrain from sending multiple applications with the same attachments. Scanned copies are preferred to be in PDF format. Also, kindly ensure that your attachment fits the 25 MB attachment limit. If not, you may have documents #4-8 in a zipped (compressed) file and attach them with your application letter, PDS and WES in your email.

Reminders:

1. Applicants must be Filipino citizens and must meet the minimum requirements of the vacant position(s)
2. For Internal candidates/ Applicants from other Government Agencies
   To apply for a promotion on a non-entry position, the candidates should submit his/her most recent IPCR. A 90 day period is required to be considered/given performance rating for the semi-annual rating period which covers from January-June and July-December. If the ratee does not have a 90 day period for the said cut off then, he/she has to wait for the next rating period to be assessed and rated in his/her performance.
   
   (Example: Juan Dela Cruz is promoted for Weather Observer I last April 15, 2021. To apply for promotion, he should submit his Jul-Dec 2021 IPCR.
   
   Applicants for promotion to an entry level positions (WOA, WOBI, WFTI , WSPI , WFSI) IPCR is not required hence, he/she can submit his application without submitting the IPCR.
3. PAGASA employees applying for vacant positions in other divisions should have their application sent/noted by their current Division Chief through email before submission to HRMDS. Employees applying for vacancies in their current division should furnish a copy of their application to their Division Chief;
4. Subject of your email should be < Position Title>, < Division/Place of Assignment Office> (Example: Weather Observer l, VPRSD/Bohol Radar );
5. Application letter must include/specify the item number/s, position title/s applied for, and the Division where the vacancy belongs;
6. All items in the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) should be filled out. Write "N.A." in fields which are not applicable;
7. Willingness to be assigned in the place of assignment indicated in the posted vacancy is automatically assumed upon submission of your application;
8. Certified true copies of the Diploma, TOR, and Certificate of Eligibility/s may be requested for verification;
9. Chosen candidate will receive a notice by email and should acknowledge receipt within 30 days;
